Who we are

Portico Talent ("Portico," "we") operates porticotalent.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you take the assessment or contact us: your answers, your name and email, and — if you choose to share them — your company and phone number.

When you submit the assessment: the page and campaign that brought you to the site. The site itself sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers.

Booking a call

Your results page offers a booking calendar provided by Google. It loads only when you choose “Show available times” (or open Google’s booking page yourself). From then on, Google’s privacy policy applies to that calendar, and Google may set its own cookies.

How we use it

To prepare for and follow up on a conversation you asked for, to improve the site, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Portico and TruPorch team members who need it to respond to you. Service providers that host the site and store data (such as Vercel and Google Workspace) process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We review information from people who did not become clients after 24 months and delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we honor requests within 30 days.

Your choices

Email hello@porticotalent.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us.

Candidates

If you apply to TruPorch Academy, your application is handled on hiring.truporchhomes.com under TruPorch Homes’ policies.
